Job summary

Qualifications

• Middle school certificate required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related manufacturing experience required; 1+ years preferred.
• Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Advanced reading, writing and math skills (12th grade level).
• Must complete QA training and obtain QA certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in root-cause activities as needed.
• Enter standardized information into GSFS.
• Supervise work area in line with 5S standards.
• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality at various production stages.
• Visually inspect sub-assemblies and HLA level products using tools and sampling methods.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
