The role requires GD&T knowledge, inspection equipment, and the ability to work with customers and internal teams to support the quality system and continuous improvement. The position is based in a clean, temperature-controlled quality lab with standard weekday hours.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, inspection methodologies, and precision measurement equipment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work to meet deadlines.
• Sound problem-solving skills for both routine and complex issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Plan, perform, and document inspections to customer designs, specs, and requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional measurements with hand-held and fixture-held equipment.
• Operate CMM, articulating arm, and vision measuring machine.
• Review inspection results for compliance and take action on discrepancies.
• Maintain inspection equipment integrity through proper use, storage, and reporting.
• Work with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Support development and continuous improvement of the quality system.
