Precision Associates Inc. is seeking an Inspector I in Minneapolis for manual/visual and dimensional inspection of molded products, with potential minor rework. Position requires following procedures, data entry in ERP (APPX), and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

The role involves working overtime as required and learning inspection techniques with supervision. Good teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn inspection techniques and operating procedures.
• Has neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to learn and use, with assistance, scales and other measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved methods and client specifications to perform all types of visual inspection and identify flaws.
• Follow current department procedures regarding work allocation.
• Follow established ISO procedures.
• Accurately record data using ERP system (APPX).
• Interpret product status and follow routing process.
• Perform work with high accuracy and close tolerance inspection.
• Provide assistance in other departments as needed with supervision.
