Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control/assurance in a printing environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of printed materials for defects.
• Select samples and package for shipment.
• Record identified defects and follow SOPs.
• Prepare reports and notify management of defects.
• Mentor new and existing employees to ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with disposition of defective or non-conforming product.
