Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control/assurance in a printing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain quality policy and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of random samples for defects.
• Prepare written reports and notify management of defects.
• Follow SOPs to ensure conformance to customer quality requirements.
• Assist with special projects or disposition of defective products.
• Record defects and follow up with leads or management for solutions.
