Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of quality control/assurance experience in a printing environment required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Knowledge of general manufacturing operations procedures and SOPs is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of printed materials for defects.
• Select and package samples for shipment.
• Record defects and follow inspection SOPs to ensure conformance.
• Prepare reports and notify management of defects.
• Identify issues and involve Leads/Management for solutions.
• May assist with special projects or complex orders.
• Assist with disposition of defective products.
