Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Inspector II to support site manufacturing by developing, evaluating, and improving processes to meet customer quality expectations.

You will read blueprints, measure with calipers and CMMs, inspect in-process and finished parts, document results, and lead quality inspections on the shop floor while supporting calibration, PPAP tasks, and lean improvements.

Formación

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in metal fabrication with continuous improvement QMS preferred.
• Basic math and ability to read simple instructions and diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Use calipers, micrometers, and other devices to inspect parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform visual inspection of products per requirements.
• Inspect in-process and finished products and document results.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming product.
• Generate non-conforming reports and assist with calibration.
• Lead Level I inspectors and support lean improvements.
