Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Inspector II to support site manufacturing through development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of processes to consistently meet customer quality expectations. You will inspect using calipers, micrometers, FARO, and Micro-Vu, read blueprints, document results, and help with PPAP and 1st article parts.

Qualifications

• Metal fabrication QA/QMS experience required.
• Ability to read drawings and inspect to customer specs.
• Strong math and measurement interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection using calipers and micrometers.
• Read blueprints and customer requirements to verify parts.
• Document results and non-conforming product via reports.
• Audit incoming materials for specification conformance.
• Operate FARO or Micro-Vu equipment as needed.
• Lead Level I inspectors and support lean improvements.
• Provide calibration support for measurement devices.
• Assist with PPAP-related validation activities.
