Instrument Development Company Llc in Wisconsin seeks a Quality Inspector to perform complex dimensional inspections on received, first article, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, you will generate inspection plans and report results.

Proficiency with GD&T, calipers, micrometers, and CMMs (PC-DMIS/Calypso) is required or highly preferred, with a focus on accurate data entry and adherence to ISO 9000 quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience preferred or combined education/experience.
• Experience performing complex GD&T inspections and dimensional layouts.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex GD&T inspections on received, first article, in-process, and finished products.
• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting tests.
• Generate inspection plans and first article inspection reports; document results in quality database.
