Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions seeks a Quality Technician I to support manufacturing through process evaluation and continual improvement using quality concepts to meet customer expectations. The role focuses on inspection, documentation, and technical support on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include GD&T application, first article verification, data collection for metrics, and operating FARO and Micro-Vu equipment. Onsite schedule is M-Th with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in metal fabrication with QMS and inspection experience.
• Ability to read and write basic documentation.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Quality Technician certification preferred.
• FARO and Micro-Vu programming knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Release product for shipping with proper documentation per customer requirements.
• Understand and apply basic GD&T concepts.
• Verify dimensions with PPAP and first article parts.
• Support production by interpreting and developing manufacturing documentation and teaching measuring techniques.
• Provide technical inspection of manufactured and raw materials at receiving.
• Collect data, evaluate, and present quality metrics.
• Program and operate FARO and Micro-Vu measurement equipment.
• Attend department meetings.
