Zusammenfassung

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector II to support site manufacturing by applying quality concepts, reading blueprints, and performing visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished parts. You will document results, address non-conformances, and assist with calibration and measurement procedures on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include leading Level I inspectors as needed, generating PPAP-related verifications, and contributing to lean improvements

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in metal fabrication QA/inspection in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups; good communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret charts/graphs.
• Proficient with basic office software and internet use.

Aufgaben

• Use calipers, micrometers, steel rulers, pin gages and other devices to inspect parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
• Conduct visual inspection of products and document results.
• Inspect and test in-process and finished products; quarantine non-conforming items.
• Create and maintain inspection reports and logs.
• Lead and train Level I inspectors; support lean improvements.
