Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Eastford, CT. You will verify product conformance to drawings and customer specs, assist with inspection records, and support production through daily quality checks.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional weekends. Prior experience with inspection tools and blueprint reading is preferred. This position requires US work authorization and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months experience reading basic blueprint requirements.
• Working knowledge of basic inspection tools (dial calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Verifies dimensional and visual conformance to customer requirements.
• Completes paperwork relating to counts and scrap.
• Collects variable data and maintains inspection records.
• Interprets drawings and specifications and consults with quality/engineering/leadership to determine conformance.
• Manages production inspection needs, along with finished product.
• Performs first piece inspections throughout the day.
• Engages with Flow Line to keep product moving.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
