Job summary

Printpack Inc. is seeking an Inspector I for the 2nd shift in Williamsburg, VA. The role focuses on thorough visual inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications, plus proper packaging and labeling.

Hours are 3PM-11PM with a $2.50/hr premium for hours between 7pm-7am; candidates must be at least 18, pass screening, and meet safety and GMP expectations. The position requires attention to detail and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Understanding and applying technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough visual inspections of products per customer specs.
• Identify defects and escalate to Quality Lead as needed.
• Pack products according to procedures and apply labels.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in safety programs.
• Ensure proper product orientation and packaging integrity.
