Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking an Inspector/Packer to join our manufacturing team.

You will trim, inspect, and pack finished products, ensuring quality and accurate labeling, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include trimming flash, packing into cartons, overseeing machines, performing quality checks, keeping ink trays and glue tanks stocked, and maintaining an orderly production area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Good vision to inspect product quality and ensure precise handling.
• Work in conditions that may include close proximity to moving parts, noise, and dust.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending are required.
• Work involves exposure to high temperatures, noise, and dust.
• Required safety gear includes hair nets, safety glasses, earplugs, and gloves.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess flash from products.
• Pack products into appropriate cartons and secure for transport.
• Oversee machine operations and notify personnel of issues.
• Inspect products for defects and quality before packing.
• Maintain ink trays and glue tanks, ensuring they are filled as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork with accurate labels and product information.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the production area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear required protective gear.
