Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in a cleanroom environment to assure the quality of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products. You will work full-time, wear PPE, and align inspections with production schedules and risk assessments.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/quality control, independent decision making, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with SAP, ISO 9001 knowledge, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing or quality control.
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding product acceptance or rejection.
• Understanding of production processes and workflow.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with leadership abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry; experience with SAP and working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily QC inspection activities in alignment with production and risk assessment.
• Ensure inspections are conducted according to plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized procedures.
• Comply with internal protocols and applicable external standards, including ISO 13485.
• Promptly elevate critical quality concerns that could affect product quality, delivery, or regulatory compliance.
• Conduct hands‑on inspections to support workload and maintain operational continuity.
• Champion workplace safety by identifying and addressing risks; ensure strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Support and promote 5S, company safety protocols, quality initiatives, and consistent enforcement of plant procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Quality Control (QC) Inspector —

Pay rate: $19/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products. You will oversee daily inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products, ensuring all meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company requirements. This role acts as a vital link between Quality Assurance and Operations, promoting consistent inspection practices, swift issue resolution, and continual quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
