Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform rigorous visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections of raw materials, semi-finished components, and final surgical instrument kits to ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Verify and complete regulated documentation, including Device History Records (DHR), lot/traveler records, and inspection logs for traceability.
• Initiate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and assist engineering teams in product containment and disposition.
• Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, advanced metrology equipment) and interpret technical engineering blueprints and GD&T data.
• Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts and random spot checks within the quality inspection area to maintain data integrity.

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:00pm)

What's a typical day as Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:
