The GEO Group is a global leader in evidence-based rehabilitation and reentry services with a broad portfolio of correctional and related programs. This RN Quality Control role focuses on quality improvement across Health Services in a correctional setting, ensuring compliance with standards and driving patient care improvements.

Responsibilities include supporting audits, coordinating with care teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes for the populations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Two years of direct work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality improvement activities in daily Health Services operations.
• Assists audits or reviews with external agencies.
• Coordinates with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Analyzes performance data to identify trends and reduce costs.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and implements changes with measurable impact.
• Ensures documentation and reporting of improvement activities.
