Job summary

QUALITYstarsNY is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist for the Mid-Hudson region to provide on-site technical assistance to early childhood programs, help implement QIPs, and support continuous quality improvement.

The role requires a Master’s degree in relevant fields, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly across New York state to partner sites. You will collaborate with regional teams and the central office to sustain and expand QUALITYstarsNY services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education, administration, or child development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
• Experience mentoring and supporting early childhood programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical assistance and mentoring to program leaders.
• Maintain Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) with participants and track progress.
• Prepare updates for supervision meetings and regional gatherings.
