Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Three years' work experience in early care and education or human services.
• Experience in outreach, needs assessment, planning, or public speaking is helpful.
• Strong ability to build interagency relationships and support STAR-level movement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a caseload of practitioners.
• Deliver presentations on continuous quality improvement and Keystone STARS requirements.
• Assist facilities in requesting grants or awards.
• Assist practitioners in setting individualized program goals and annual professional development plans.
• Record progress using QRIS, PELICAN, and internal tracking system.
• Complete annual plans and projections to achieve Keystone STAR goals.
• Coordinate with STARS Manager for designation visits.
