Middle Flint Health & Wellness seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist / Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, and performance reporting across programs. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to leadership for quality improvement and accreditation readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2+ years in data analysis or quality improvement, and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

Collect, analyze, and report organizational performance data.
Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs.
Assist with accreditation readiness and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain dashboards, reports and performance summaries for leadership.
Monitor quality indicators across programs and departments and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with program managers to support quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
