Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a qualified professional to lead Quality & HSE initiatives at the site. You will develop and improve systems, collaborate on warranty analysis, and drive KPI-based improvements across engineering, operations, and sales teams.

You will facilitate audits, deliver training, and work with corporate teams on standards and process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
• Specified years of industry-relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
• Professional-level English language skills preferred.
• Communication & collaboration: communicates clearly and concisely, engages proactively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Systems and Processes: Quality & HSE management alignment with global standards and customer needs.
• Elevate Site Warranty Operations: collaborate with Sales, Engineering & Operations on warranty requirements and analysis.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators: outline, monitor and improve KPIs with action plans.
• Define Improvement Actions: identify and enhance Quality performance with corporate projects.
• Resolve Customer Claims: implement claim management, lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Analyze Customer Contracts: analyze contracts with Sales and negotiate letters focusing on risk reduction.
• Champion Audits: facilitate internal, external and customer audits with cross-site action plans.
• Engage in Corporate Quality and HSE Initiatives: participate in meetings and initiatives to develop standards.
• Deliver Comprehensive Quality & HSE Training: ensure site-wide training to uphold standards.
