Job summary

RIDE is seeking a Quality Control Director to develop and evaluate the company’s quality program across production operations from raw materials to finished products. You will lead quality systems, MRB activities, supplier quality, and cross-functional improvements to meet ISO 9001 standards and corporate goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering, 8–10 years’ experience, and preference for a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight to ten years of related experience required with at least five years as a quality engineer or similar role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies across multiple locations.
• Lead quality assurance teams and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee quality systems, control, assurance, and improvement programs.
• Develop supplier quality program including assessments and monitoring.
• Lead MRB activities and assist with corrective actions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and 8D methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
