MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a Director of Quality to drive the quality system, audits, and continuous improvement. You will lead ISO 9001 initiatives, customer-facing quality reviews, and cross-functional quality programs to ensure top-tier product quality and compliance.

Ideal candidate has 5–10 years in quality leadership, strong SPC and data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the executive team and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management or related field; 5–10 years in quality leadership.
• Broad knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong written and oral communication, coaching and leadership.

• Drive improvements in quality structure to enhance competitive position.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of QMS to ISO 9001.
• Lead quality audits, training, and compliance efforts.
• Lead customer-facing quality reviews and communications.
• Manage quality investigations and monthly quality metrics.
• Coordinate internal audits and third-party audits.
• Develop and oversee company-wide training on quality and onboarding.
