Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a Director of Quality to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Quality Management System in a regulated manufacturing setting. This executive will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to elevate process capability and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on reducing variation, ensuring audit readiness, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Leadership development and accountability are key priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/manufacturing/quality or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong certifications and Lean Six Sigma are preferred when applicable.
• Ability to lead strategic quality initiatives across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy by integrating quality principles into daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements.
• Oversee the Quality Management System ensuring regulatory, industry, and customer compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing performance using structured problem solving, risk management, and statistics.
• Serve as executive quality leader for customer and supplier relationships, driving issue resolution and long-term quality partnerships.
• Develop and mentor Quality leaders while fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful Director of Quality will provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization's Quality Management System while driving a culture where quality is embedded throughout every stage of manufacturing. This executive will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production leadership to improve process capability, reduce variation, strengthen compliance, and deliver exceptional customer performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's quality strategy by integrating quality principles into daily manufacturing operations and driving improvements in first-pass yield, scrap reduction, process capability, and customer satisfaction


• Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements while maintaining audit readiness and effective quality processes


• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing performance through structured problem solving, risk management, statistical analysis, and corrective action initiatives


• Serve as the executive quality leader for customer and supplier relationships, driving issue resolution, performance improvement, and long-term quality partnerships


• Develop and mentor Quality leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
