Job summary

REV Group is seeking a Quality Director to lead the quality assurance program for our Indiana manufacturing unit. The role develops and implements QA processes, ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards, and drives improvements across the organization to meet KPIs.

You will supervise multiple managers, mentor teams, and partner with suppliers and customers to sustain a strong quality culture and robust QMS, including CAPAs, audits, and change controls.

Qualifications

• Proven quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and auditing.
• Experience implementing QA processes and CAPAs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to identify and remediate quality system gaps and risks.
• Supervise Production Quality Manager and Service Manager (20+ employees).
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits for compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate defects and warranty issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain system for tracking customer feedback and complaints.
• Train staff in QA processes and ensure QMS adherence.
