Job summary

CiresiMorek seeks a Director of Quality to provide strategic leadership for the organization\'s quality systems, driving operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to enhance product quality and strengthen compliance across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will lead the enterprise quality strategy, drive transformation initiatives, and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability and sustained quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience implementing strategic quality initiatives across complex manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality strategy and oversee the development of robust quality systems that support operational excellence.
• Drive quality transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs while using data-driven insights to improve performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to improve product quality, reduce risk, and strengthen operational performance.
