Toyota Boshoku America in Jackson, Tennessee, is seeking a day-shift salaried supervisor to lead quality control and manufacturing operations on the assigned line. You will manage Team Leaders and Team Members, apply Toyota Production System methods, and drive safety, quality, efficiency, and cost improvements across the area.

You will develop standard work, monitor KPI performance, train staff, maintain records, and coordinate with quality and production functions to meet customer requirements

Formación

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting.
• Experience applying Toyota Production System (TPS) and PEFF concepts.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection standards, and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise team leaders and team members on a production line.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, attendance, and overtime as needed.
• Apply TPS to standardize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain standard work procedures and KPIs.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and cost improvements across the area.
• Coordinate training and development of staff and maintain training records.
• Monitor quality and production metrics and report findings.
