Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a capable supervisor to oversee quality control operations on the assigned shift. You will lead Team Leaders and Team Members, manage staffing, and drive TPS-based improvements to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

The role requires experience in manufacturing leadership, understanding of quality systems, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership role experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPS and PEFF is preferred.
• Experience with quality systems and audits acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and team members; direct staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain and drive KPI boards, safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving across area.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE, and environmental requirements.
• Coach and train team members; manage training matrices and records.
