Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead team leaders and operators in a high‑volume plant. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, applying TPS principles to standardize processes and cut waste while ensuring cost control and strong housekeeping.

You will develop standardized work, monitor KPI boards, and coach teams toward meeting production targets. Automotive experience and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, manufacturing, or engineering required or preferred.
• Minimum three years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive interiors or similar production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and team members on a production line or cell.
• Plan staffing, monitor hours and overtime, and manage attendance.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards and apply corrective actions when needed.
• Lead continuous improvement, standard work, and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with quality and other departments to resolve issues and sustain KPI targets.
