General Motors is seeking an entry-level Group Leader to join our manufacturing team in Tennessee. You will support daily production operations with emphasis on quality, process control and continuous improvement. The role offers growth into expanded leadership responsibilities over time.

You will analyze the daily plan, manage multiple tasks, and oversee production, inspection, and GM Built-in-Quality initiatives, applying SPQRCE principles to drive safe and efficient operations.

Competenze

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Drug testing and background check required.
• Ability to follow work and safety instructions.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, email).
