Toyota Boshoku Jackson Tennessee is seeking a manufacturing leader to manage and mentor group leaders, team leaders, and team members across an evening shift. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction within the Toyota Production System framework.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach leaders, and ensure adherence to TB Way and JIT principles while coordinating budget and KPI targets in a fast-paced plant environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of functional leadership experience as supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TPS, quality management and cost reduction strategies.
• Proficient in reading manuals, blueprints, and specifications; strong math skills.

• Lead and manage manufacturing activities for assigned areas/shift to meet customer requirements and TPS standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and morale; monitor KPI and drive cost reduction.
• Develop and coach group leaders; implement TB Way and TBBP.
• Identify and eliminate waste; lead continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Coordinate with budget, headcount planning, and production targets; report performance.
