Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor Leader to drive high-level food safety, KHMS compliance, and GMP standards across the site.

You will plan, direct, and audit programs, train off-shift teams, and lead sanitation and validation activities to ensure top-tier quality performance. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in quality leadership in food manufacturing, strong HACCP knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, Agile, and data systems.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a quality, production, or sanitation setting.
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with KHMS framework and ISO/FSSC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train off-shift quality, maintenance, materials and production teams to meet quality program goals.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits; coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain KHMS, GMPs, and sanitation programs; monitor sanitation records and KPI data.
• Direct sanitation improvement projects, equipment cleaning, and environmental monitoring.
• Coordinate changes and hold/Release documentation; lead CCP/OPRP validations.
• Provide expertise during off-shift operations and support equipment commissioning.
