Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality, production, or sanitation within the food industry.
• Leadership experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with KHMS; ISO/FSSC knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and matrix databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality supervisor activities to maintain high Food Safety compliance.
• Support site audit program and regulatory inspections.
• Lead sanitation and equipment validation initiatives and QA reviews.
• Coach and mentor off-shift Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Production teams.
• Participate in cross-functional quality teams and CAPA follow-ups.
• Ensure KHMS, ISO/FSSC controls are properly implemented and documented.
