Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Compliance Manager to monitor and maintain the plants' Quality systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards. You will lead audits, support HACCP and site QCMS coordination, and drive continuous improvement across quality KPIs.

You will oversee regulatory inspections, mentor site auditors, and collaborate with corporate quality teams to uphold KHMS and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, or other technical environment.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Knowledge of statistical processes; ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written); cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all internal and external inspections and regulatory visits; lead audit preparations and reports.
• Follow up on non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Train site staff on inspection procedures and ensure inspection readiness.
• Direct the Site auditing program to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and laws.
• Coordinate KHMS and ISO/quality system activities; act as Site QCMS coordinator.
• Provide regulatory perspective during major projects and ensure proper documentation.
