Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a QA supervisor to oversee the plant's Quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will drive corrective actions, preventive measures, and continuous improvement across QA and production teams at the New Ulm Plant.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of food safety standards, and the ability to coordinate with external auditors. Evening/weekend shifts and overtime are possible.

Qualifications

• History of technical quality or production knowledge in food or manufacturing.
• Education or on-the-job knowledge in Food Science, Production, Quality/Operations.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and direct the site auditing program to ensure compliance with procedures, GMPs, Kraft Heinz requirements, and laws.
• Support KHMS system and plant accountability standards.
• Train and lead site QA and Production teams; assist QCMS/ISO Coordinator; support cross-functional teams for audits.
• Maintain Specification/KPI/QCMS/KHMS/FSSC/ISO plans; ensure updates and compliance.
• Support inspections and audit readiness; accompany inspectors and prepare reports.
