Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a COE Quality Floor Leader for the Louisville, KY facility. The role leads 2nd and 3rd shift Quality Floor teams, drives MCP adherence, and resolves critical quality issues on the production floor.

The successful candidate will have a engineering degree and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in floor quality in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct 2nd and 3rd shift Quality Floor team; set goals and metrics.
• Ensure MCPs are followed and coordinate with Quality Engineers.
• Provide first response to high-level quality issues and containment actions.
• Facilitate closure of CARs/CAPAs and train teams on quality standards.
• Coordinate training for team and understand contract rules.
