Qualifications

• Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel) and Email.
• Familiar with OSHA and EPA Requirements related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact within the plant to provide technical support and consultation on the plant infrastructure and facility support systems.
• Own and facilitate effective utilization and operation of facility support systems and structure, including lighting, air compressors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Supervise hourly maintenance staff and address subordinate complaints in partnership with HR.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety records; coordinate maintenance activities across departments.
