Qualifications

• BS technical degree or equivalent required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day ownership of plant quality metrics (SCR, Yield, OGR, Scrap, Quality plan).
• Coach and develop team leaders to ensure standard work and escalation processes are followed.
• Monitor quality yield and repair data for trends to drive root-cause resolutions.
• Reduce service call outgoing rate and concessions costs by addressing factory issues.
• Investigate root causes of non-compliance or high scrap and drive corrective actions.
• Drive CTQ compliance and ensure qualified operators are on the job to reduce errors.
