BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Quality Excellence Capability Partner, North America, to design, deploy, and sustain technical quality capability-building programs across North America. You will lead the Quality Excellence Academy, strengthen technical competencies, and advance quality culture across manufacturing sites and quality teams.

The role will drive capability-building in Investigation Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving, with expansion into Process

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in a medical device, pharmaceutical or biologics environment (FDA/ICH).
• Experience delivering Quality or technical training in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of CAPA, nonconformance, change control, process validation, design controls, and risk management.
• Experience coaching associates, SMEs, and leaders to strengthen capability and compliant behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of the Quality Excellence Academy across North America.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Partner with process owners and SMEs to translate quality requirements into practical learning solutions.
• Assess capability gaps and develop learning pathways, curricula, and development plans.
• Initially serve as regional capability lead for Investigation Management, RCA, and Problem Solving.
• Expand programs into Process Validation, Change Control, Technical Writing, and other domains.
• Coach associates, leaders, and SMEs to strengthen technical expertise and quality practices.
• Support onboarding and targeted remediation programs to strengthen capability and compliance.
• Measure learning effectiveness through observations, assessments, metrics, and feedback.
• Drive adoption of standard methodologies and tools to improve quality system performance.
