Job summary

BD is seeking a seasoned Quality Excellence Capability Partner to design, deploy, and sustain North America learning programs that strengthen technical quality, process knowledge, and culture across manufacturing sites and quality teams.

Responsibilities include leading Investigation Management, RCA, and Problem Solving training, expanding to Process Validation and Change Control, with travel 25–50%. Bachelor’s in life sciences/engineering required and 5+ years regulated industry exp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical or biologics with regulatory exposure.
• Experience delivering Quality training in regulated settings (instructor-led, virtual, blended).
• Working knowledge of CAPA, nonconformance, change control, process validation, design controls, risk management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the Quality Excellence Academy across North America aligned to enterprise strategies.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs building technical quality competencies.
• Partner with process owners and SMEs to translate quality requirements into scalable learning solutions.
• Assess capability gaps and create structured learning pathways and development plans.
• Serve as regional capability lead for Investigation Management, RCA, and Problem Solving; expand to more domains.
• Coach associates, leaders, and SMEs to strengthen technical expertise and compliant behaviors.
• Measure learning effectiveness; drive adoption of standard methodologies and best practices.
