Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Manager of Quality Engineering in Wilson, NC to lead the Quality Assurance team. You will direct QA plans, guide continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and program offices to ensure product quality and process robustness.

You will oversee RCCA activities, develop standard work, and monitor KPIs while driving cost reductions and site-wide quality initiatives. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship or equivalent status required for access.
• Security clearance not required for this role.

Responsibilities
