Job summary

Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth is seeking a Quality Engineer Supervisor to oversee quality control standards and procedures. You will lead the QA team, hire and train staff, and ensure capability to meet regulatory and customer requirements, supporting national growth.

You will drive corrective and preventive actions, deploy quality metrics, and maintain ISO documentation while coordinating with purchasing and customers for documentation requests.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and audits.
• Structured problem-solving using APQP methods.
• Proficient in MS Office and PC usage.
• Experience leading QA teams and training staff.
• Ability to manage CAPA processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAPA processes to prevent quality issues.
• Lead and train quality control team; hire and evaluate staff.
• Develop and implement quality metrics and reports.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2008 documentation and change control.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to manage vendor qualifications.
• Respond to customer requests for documentation.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives.
