Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control stages in production and monitor FPY.
• Ensure each manufacturing step meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with QC inspectors to ensure effective inspections.
• Address defects with cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Analyze data, lead meetings, and develop corrective actions.
• Track yield rates, identify trends, and implement fixes.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Track and close 8D actions; update PFMEA and PMP reports.
