Job summary

STAAC Professional E-Learning LTD is seeking a mid-senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure product quality across manufacturing, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. You will monitor FPY, perform 8D actions, and collaborate with design and production teams to meet customer requirements.

The role is located near Fort Worth, with standard office and production floor collaboration, and requires strong data analysis, leadership, and experience with ISO 9001/IATF 16949

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in product engineering including design, development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role supervising engineers or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control stages in production and monitor FPY daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address defects and improve quality levels.
• Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs related to quality, efficiency and productivity; close 8D actions.
• Update PFMEA and PMP reports and support QC functions.
