Job summary

Power Connector, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor to strengthen the Quality Management System, optimize internal and external processes, and drive key initiatives across manufacturing and suppliers. This role focuses on stability, improvement, and expansion through strategic quality leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives, develop documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product conformance while supporting organizational growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (AS9100 preferred).
• Proficient in using inspection equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, acceptance test procedures, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with quality personnel at customer and supplier levels.
• Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers, when applicable.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products and grade, classify, or sort products according to sizes, weights, colors, or other specifications when applicable.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, conditioning samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
