Job summary

The Legacy Realty LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Engineer (Individual Contributor) in San Marcos, Texas to oversee daily quality control, testing and reporting. You will work closely with Fabrication to ensure on-time delivery and product conformance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in Quality, with knowledge of safety and quality systems. You will maintain calibration, review procedures, and support audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet Manufacturing Specifications, Operating Procedures, and customer specs.
• Oversee quality control testing.
• Review results and create reports.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to prioritize testing for deadlines.
• Learn all product specs and be able to answer technical questions.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Stay current on procedures and specifications for the production process.
• Work with auditors, inspectors, customers and affiliates to assure conformance.
• May assist other departments as needed and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

Quality Supervisor/Engineer (Individual Contributor)

Location: San Marcos, Texas

The Quality Control Supervisor manages the daily activities of quality control, testing and reporting. This position works closely with Fabrication personnel to provide timely quality feedback as we as ensure that product moves swiftly through the QC and Test processes for an on-time delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet required Manufacturing Specifications, Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures, and customer specification.
• Oversee quality control testing.
• Review results and create appropriate reports.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Manager to prioritize testing to meet production deadlines.
• Learn and understand all aspects of products and manufacturing specifications and be able to provide answers to technical questions.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is handled with proper care and all hardware is maintained and up to date on calibration.
• Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and Manufacturing Specifications regarding the production process.
• Work with auditors, inspectors, customers, affiliates, and other personnel as required assuring product conformance.
• May assist positions in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience within Quality.
• Training: general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness and quality system awareness.
