Job summary

Power Connector, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead the improvement of our quality management system and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on developing and optimizing internal and external quality procedures, documentation, and controls to support growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of quality, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (AS9100 preferred).
• Proficient in using inspection equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Proficient in reading drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interface with quality personnel at customer and supplier levels.
• Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine inspection procedures and methods.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, or installations for conformance to specifications.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities per AS9102 requirements.
• Maintain all Quality Control documentation and record data.
• Calibrate, validate, or maintain quality control equipment.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate supplier corrective actions (SCARs) as needed.
