Job summary

Groupe Kardol is seeking a Lead Software Test Engineer to drive system-wide test automation across API, integration, and end-to-end layers. You will coordinate with product, architecture, and SRE teams to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

You will guide AI-assisted testing, define guardrails for AI-generated code, and lead cross-organizational UAT. Expect senior-level responsibility and strong collaboration across engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in testing or 10 years without degree.
• Hands-on test automation with modern frameworks (Playwright, RestSharp, Pact.NET, xUnit).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6) and test management/ orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Governs system-level test case libraries end-to-end; sets coverage standards and drives closure with engineering and product teams.
• Defines technical standards and reference implementations for test automation at API, integration, and system layers.
• Coordinates with integrating customers to establish cross-organization test cases and automation in UAT environments.
