Job summary

Apogee Enterprises is offering Summer 2027 internships in Cincinnati, OH, Faribault, MN, and Louisville, KY. The 12-week program (May–August) provides hands-on lab and production experience, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to work closely with engineering and production teams on real projects.

Interns will spend significant time on the manufacturing floor, participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives, and gain exposure to multiple business units and locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year engineering degree in a related field.
• Sophomore, junior, or senior standing preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and production teams on real projects.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor to learn processes and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collect and analyze production data and support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
