Job summary

Interns gain hands-on experience across market segments, participate in the 401(k) retirement program where eligible, and develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills while contributing to real projects in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Welding Technology, Materials Joining Engineering, Supplier Quality, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Prior internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Active involvement in campus, community, or volunteer activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks applying standard engineering techniques and procedures, including standard design of engineering systems and updating designs.
• Assist lead engineers with project duties and other assigned tasks.
